My client a leading, award-winning Travel Company are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning & Development Executive to join their team. This is an exciting time to join this travel agency and tour operator as they continue their success story with further expansion due to recent commercial success. If you have experience of Corporate Travel, GDS systems, delivering structured and personalised training programs, exceptional learning activities and more this could be the perfect role for you. Role Summary:
Working in an agile environment and supporting the recruitment, corporate and learning & development teams, you will play a key role in planning, production, execution and delivery of a wide range of corporate learning and development activities. Predominantly focused around the design and delivery of a class leading induction training for all new corporate staff and head office colleagues but also working on development workshops, technical training and soft skills courses and programmes. You will also provide ongoing support on all corporate training matters and help to develop new and exciting ways of improving the capability levels of all staff, especially the corporate teams.

Job Description:
*Delivery of a wide range of learning and development courses, driving capability, performance and knowledge specifically in the corporate environment
*Primarily focused on induction, soft skills, technical, reservation systems and behavioural training in the corporate field
*Provide a world class corporate onboarding and induction experience, ensuring the experience is supported by any relevant ongoing training and work with the wider team to ensure the on boarding experience is seamless
*Design and deliver training on our in-house systems and educate the team on the benefits of each
*Design and deliver exceptional learning activities, through digital platforms and experiences, and social channels (i.e. webinars)
*Prior native GDS proficiency required (preferably Galileo/Travelport/Smart point) and experience in GDS cross training (from Amadeus, Sabre or World span to Travelport) would be advantageous
*Experienced in developing structured and personalised training programs for students of all ability ranges
*Trained to (or experienced in operating at) IATA Fares & Ticketing Level 2 standard. Experience in delivering these courses would be advantageous

Key Attributes:
*Ideally CIPD or TAP qualified of similar training qualification required
*Ability to deliver programmes/solutions in line with the companies culture and values
*Making face to face presentations - comfortable in front of a camera
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary is dependent on experience, (within the region of £30-35k pa depending on experience plus bonus) and comes with an excellent benefits package including, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health care, pension, travel discounts.
