Job Details
Daily duties will involve:
*Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through effective account management practices
*Creating relationships with customers and ensuring engagement with every level of service
*Developing and identifying new opportunities for expansion of the business and proactively following leads to convert new business
*A passion for keeping up to date with travel industry news, market intelligence and competitor activity
*Conducting regular one-to-ones, telephone and email correspondence to develop and aid relationship building
Required Skills and Experience:
*2 years' experience within a Corporate Travel Management/Agency or in a customer facing Travel Technology role
*Project management experience - both internal and external
*Experience in or knowledge of Corporate Self Booking tools
*Experience in or knowledge in one or more GDS platforms
*Confidence using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
*Also great experience in delivering company/business/product presentations to clients
*The ability to travel within UK/Ireland with possible International Travel
*Willingness and ability to visit the office in South Manchester at least one day per week/field based role
