Travel Product and Support ExecutiveCentral LondonCirca £30,000 + benefitsMy client is leading Travel Company specialising in worldwide luxury travel.A new opportunity has arisen within their product department for a Travel Product and Support Executive working Monday to Friday with one Saturday every 5 weeks.Candidates must have previous product/support/administration experience within the travel industry.Travel Product and Support Executive Responsibilities:Assisting with travel Manager enquires and providing support to get bookings confirmed and if required investigate further into alternative options.To process all on request booking componentsDealing with invoice queriesManage allocation & host to host bookingsUpdating confirmations to the bookingsEnsuring any special requirements are booked for passengersOffering alternative hotels if rooms are unavailable.Dealing effectively with in resort issues and advising travel managersTravel Product and Support Executive Experience Required:Previous product/support/administration experience within the travel industryGood communication skills and the ability to work under pressureAbility to develop good relationships with suppliersTravel Product and Support Executive Experience Required:
Salary package circa £30,000
