THE JOB
A specialist luxury travel company, who due to expansion, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their successful travel team within their modern offices in Glasgow. Within this role you'll be responsible for managing the aftersales procedure to include dispatching of travel documents, quoting amendments including amendment fees and adjusting bookings, adding products to bookings and subsequent re-invoicing, liaising with suppliers and airlines to make changes and contacting clients prior to travel to advise of changes to their itinerary such as schedule changes or relocations.


THE COMPANY
You will be working for a highly successful, well-established and growing luxury tour operator at their Glasgow office.


WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven background in an administration role is essential
*Experience working within the Travel Industry would be ideal but not essential
*Excellent level of written English
*Competent use of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
*Professional telephone manner
*Excellent attention to detail
