Finance Assistant - Travel Sector. £22,000 - £24,000
Travel firm in Central London are seeking a new finance assistant to join their friendly team, Salary £22,000 - £24,000. The successful candidate will bring experience of working within a finance team and be motivated to succeed in a position where they will be provided with key responsibilities from day one.
Finance Assistant responsibilities:

  • Reconcile all company bank accounts
  • Handle credit control
  • Process all invoicing
  • Updating Financial accountant on daily bank ledgers
  • Prepare fortnightly cash flow reports
  • Banking cheques and keeping track of all related details
  • Covering adhoc purchase ledger duties when staff members away
  • Supporting Financial Accountant with month end procedures and analysis


Finance Assistant requirements:

  • Previous experience as a finance assistant / within a finance department
  • Experience working on Sage systems
  • Skilled user of MS Excel
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team player who is a strong communicator
  • Ability to work independently and have a strong interest in selfdevelopment
