We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join our friendly and professional Call Centre team at our Head Office in Elstree, Hertfordshire.

Ideally our new colleague will have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experience within a busy call centre setting. In addition, you’ll be a highly organised inquisitive learner with a keen eye for detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.

You’ll be responsible for converting enquiries about our fabulous holidays into sales so being able to take a consultative and empathetic approach towards our guests’ needs is essential. If you’ve got experience in using a GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo, then we’d love to hear from you however training can and will be provided for the right candidate.

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum plus great benefits

Hours: 39.5 per week: 3 days per week from 9am - 5.30pm, 2 days per week from 10.30am - 7pm plus 1 day on alternating weekends from 9am - 1pm, (either Saturday or Sunday as required)
