We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Abroad Travel Administrator to join our friendly and professional Reservations team at our Head Office in Elstree, Hertfordshire.
Ideally our new colleague will be both self-motivated and a great team player, possess a positive and enthusiastic approach and have recent experience of using Excel to produce a variety of reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also essential as is a keen eye for detail and a high level of organisation.
You’ll be responsible for generating reports for hotels, tour guides and transport companies, responding to queries and providing general administrative support to our Holiday Sales Team including upselling premium and additional products such as flight and room upgrades. If you’re familiar with using a GDS such as Amadeus and Galileo we’d love to hear from you however we can provide training for the right candidate.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum plus great benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm + 1 Saturday per month, 9.00am-1.00pm
