THE JOB
As a Sales Team Leader, you will lead, mentor and motivate a small sales team for this luxury tour operator. This is a hands-on sales role that will also manage enquiries that come through the phone but will also be managing the escalated issue that may arise.

As a salesperson, you will be driving sales through the existing clients base but also generating new ones in collaboration with marketing. In addition to this, as a Sales team Leader you will be focusing on preferred suppliers, so working with Product to ensure that the correct suppliers are being used to drive override performance

In terms of candidate profile, you may currently be working as a sales supervisor looking for a step up the career ladder to team leadership. You must have a travel industry background and be sales driven.

Our client is offering a competitive basic salary with a generous commission structure. Monday to Friday with odd Saturday during busy periods, flexible working hours with the office operating 8 am until 6 pm
