High Performance Business Coach (Travel Industry)

My client a leading, award-winning Travel Company are seeking an experienced High-Performance Business Coach to join their team. Do you have experience of coaching/developing teams to achieve their full business potential? Through guidance, support and encouragement you will help consultants to set goals, increase sales & margin as well as improving marketing and business development prospects to grow their customer base.

Salary package is highly competitive, excellent basic (negotiable/dependent on experience), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health care, pension, bonus and more!

Role Summary/Job Overview:
*Assist consultants in building a business plan and setting attainable goals and objectives
*Using fully integrated proprietary technology, support and empower individual consultants to increase their sales and income by assisting them to identify potential new clients
*Identifying different ways of building on existing relationships to encourage repeat business, and build new business through referrals
*Develop consultant consistency by leveraging an in-house e Learning platform
*Encourage and promote self-development and increased Sales using the Company's in-house travel booking platform

Accountable for:
*Ensuring consultants create and sustain a successful business, ensuring that the Company can achieve pre-set targets.
*You will be expected to be able to navigate data and reporting, for insight and recommendation on an individual and aggregated company level.
Successful high-performance Coaching of our consultants will provide:
*Improved sales
*Improved margin
*Improved efficiency
*Improved engagement & retention

Key Attributes:
*Proven experience of 1-2-1 Coaching for SME's, sole-traders and/or small business owners for the purpose of business improvement e.g. finding, winning & retaining customers
*Proven experience of using data to analyse business performance and make data-driven decisions
*Proven experience of using Digital to scale new/small business (from own personal experience and/or in an advisory capacity) e.g. Social selling
*Excellent communication and people skills, with an innate ability to quickly develop new (& lasting) relationships
*Ability to motivate others and build trust through effective listening and collaboration skills
*Coaching and Mentoring Experience
*Be commercially astute
*Confidence in your ability to present to audiences at all levels - ability to deliver training and present to small groups and individuals
*Travel Industry experience
*A professional Business Coaching (or mentoring) qualification
*Experience in managing (or running) a business

The Package:
Salary is dependent on experience, (within the region of £30-40k pa depending on experience plus bonus) and comes with an excellent benefits package including, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health care, pension, travel discounts.
