Working for a fast growing specialist travel business, you will take responsibility for driving forward customer acquisition and retention activities, building engagement and online conversion both with direct consumers and key trade partners.
You will manage the online marketing strategy, implementing online display campaigns and leading the PPC and SEO strategies through the appointed Agencies. Ensuring relevant and timely website content and developing the best online customer experience, you’ll need strong analytical and digital skills and be passionate about the latest digital trends and opportunities. A proven ability to drive online revenue, improve the customer journey and influence at a senior level, playing a key role within an expanding Company. You’ll need to take a hand’s on approach, managing the budget and leading the digital plan.
