Business Coach | Sales Trainer - Travel
We are seeking a high performing Business Coach/Sales Trainer to play a crucial role within this global Travel company. Through guidance, support and encouragement, you will help set goals, increase sales and margin and improve marketing and prospecting skills. This will involve tailoring coaching to the target audience and customised to individual learning and development.
Main responsibilities include building business plans and setting attainable goals and objectives whilst utilising proprietary technology to help increase sales and income by assisting to identify potential new clients. You will help identify differnet ways of building on existing relationships to encourage repeat business and build new business through referrals.
You will be expected to be able to navigate data and reporting for insight and recommendation which in turn will lead to improved sales, margins and efficiencies.
To be successful, you will have proven experience of 1-2-1 coaching for SME's and small business owners for the purpose of business improvement as well as expertise using data to analyse business performance and make data-driven decisions. You will be well versed using Digital methods to scale new business and have the ability to motivate others and build trust through effective listening and collaboration skills. You will be self-confident in your ability to present to audiences at all levels with the ability to deliver training and present to small groups and individuals.
A professional Business Coaching qualification is highly desirable as well as experience managing or running your own business.
