This travel company offers a wide range of holiday types across the globe to travellers from luxury tailormade travel to adventure packages.

This role is ideal for an exciting travel professional with foreign exchange experience from a tour operator or travel agency seeking career development and something a little different in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.

Each day will not be the same, duties include:

• Taking enquiries face to face and over the phone
• Deliver a quality foreign exchange service
• Maximising profit and offering excellent customer service
• Efficiently and accurately process large amounts of money
• Calculate and understand foreign exchange rates
• Converting enquiries to transaction and selling foreign currency
• Operate the foreign exchange till efficiently and accurately
• Update daily exchange rates
• Building a rapport with customers to maximise repeat business

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year retail/direct sales experience within the travel industry
• Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience of working with foreign exchange is essential
• Extensive Cash handling experience
• The confidence, determination and drive to succeed!
