A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for a leading independent Travel Agency as a Retail Sales Manager. Selling a wide range of holidays from their Rotherham branch!

Job Description:
*Responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch
*Selling in-house brands, as well as all major ABTA/ATOL tour/cruise operators
*Overseeing all office/booking admin
*Overseeing daily banking procedures
*Ensuring all company procedures are followed.
*Ensuring branch sales targets are reached for all channels of the business
*Being pro-active and imaginative in marketing via shop windows, e-shots and social media
*Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained
*Ensuring branch staff levels are maintained and appropriate to business needs
*Leading team briefs and ensuring staff are fully aware of business requirements
*Liaising/reporting directly to a Senior Manager

Experience Required:
This is an excellent position working for a leading, West Yorkshire independent retail travel agency chain. Previous travel industry knowledge, within a retail sector, is preferred. Ideally you need to have worked in Retail Travel for a minimum of 3-4 years, with some supervisory or managerial experience.
