Job Details
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Take enquiries from individuals and groups including sporting bodies and spectators
*Tailor make travel packages for UK and overseas sporting events using GDS Galileo
*Sell complex products and tour products
*Offer excellent customer service
*Working Mon-Fri office hours 0900-1700
*Flexibility to work outside these hours when working to event deadlines
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Must have GDS knowledge, ideally Galileo
*Experience working within the travel industry
*A passion for sports and travel
*Able to work in a busy, challenging yet exciting environment
*A good team player with strong communication skills
*A passion for sales and first class customer service
THE PACKAGE:
*Salary is in the region of £18k-£20k PA and comes with additional benefits and incentives
*Mon-Fri office hours
