Job Details
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Take enquiries from existing clients to organise group travel to UK, Europe and Worldwide
*Book and organise group tours, liaising with suppliers
*Pro-actively seek to build business, nurturing relationships with existing clients to increase business as well as pro-actively contacting potential new clients
*Support the achievement of the Groups tours commercial aims by maintaining profitability of Tour Opportunities through the sales process.
*Develop and maintain an awareness of the company products, destinations, and marketing activity and systems / procedures to deliver an effective service to the customers.
*Working Mon-Fri office hours 0900-1700
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*A strong background in travel sales
*Experience reaching and exceeding targets through outstanding customer service
*Amazing at building long term relationships with clients
*A multi-tasker! No two days are the same!
*Experience and comfortable making group reservations
*Business development skills
THE PACKAGE:
*Competitive starting salary of £17k OTE £23-25k
*Monday - Friday office hours
