The purpose of the role is to assist the department with incoming queries from travel agents, DMC’s and internal departments. This includes working in a multi-skilled position across three different areas of Operations (Pre- Travel, In Resort and Accommodation Changes). This role involves working on a shift basis that will include occasional weekend work. The working hours are 37.5 per week over 5 days.
