Brand Marketing Executive

We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a well-known Travel organisation based in Cheshire, in a fixed term maternity contract role. The key focus of the role will be to develop and implement a marketing plan to grow our client’s brand awareness within the Travel industry to support several areas including homeworking.

Our client is looking for candidates with creative flair and a passion for marketing and previous experience in brand or recruitment marketing would be preferable. In return, they can offer a highly competitive salary, dependent on experience and there may be the possibility of other opportunities within the business, following the completion of the contract. Our client is willing to consider candidates looking for full or part-time hours.

Role of Brand Marketing Executive:
 
• Formulating the short and long-term brand strategy for Travel Homeworker Recruitment, including the development and execution of marketing plans to drive new employee recruitment.

• Development, analysis and optimisation of marketing campaigns

• Working closely with other internal stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies

• Working with the wider marketing and design teams to successfully execute brand campaigns and initiatives

• Managing website and all social media channels, highlighting and implementing areas for improvement

• Writing, proof-reading and implementing copy across brand social media, PR and blogs

Skills required for the role:

• Ability to effectively prioritise your workload and act with a high level of initiative

• A creative flair and passion for marketing, previous experience in brand or recruitment marketing preferable

• Excellent organisational skills

• Proficiency with Social Media Management platforms

• Excellent English skills, and a keen eye for detail

• Technologically literate for use of variety of programmes and web-based applications 

• Experience with WordPress preferable
