THE JOB
Reporting into the CEO, the Head of Operations will take ownership of the operations team and ancillary team to ensure the smooth running of their travel program. This will involve working with overseas teams and ensure service levels are being met and maximised.

In addition to managing the overseas logistics, you will as Head of Operations take ownership of the crisis management process and procedure and to be the main point of contact for an emergency. It will also fall within your remit to manage the internal systems in the UK and overseas.

Leading and motivating a team will play a large part of the role, therefore as a senior leader in the business leading by example and supporting the team is equally as important, ensuring they are running efficiently, and you'll take ownership of any escalated queries.
