THE JOB
Are you an experienced Procurement specialist within the hospitality sector? Are you looking for a challenging and varied role within a thriving hotel group? If so, this could be the exciting opportunity you've been looking for. In this role, you'll be combining your superb relationship management abilities, commercial acumen and analytical skills to source, select and negotiate purchasing agreements with suppliers for products ranging from food and beverages, through to linen, toiletries, office supplies and maintenance contracts and more. Responsible for the entire procurement process, you'll continually monitor spending levels, reducing costs where possible to deliver on targets, whilst maintaining excellent quality.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven procurement specialist experience, gained within hospitality
*CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) qualification would be
advantageous
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong
business relationships
*Highly organised
*Proficient in MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
