Based at our modern and welcoming contact centre close to Manchester Airport, you will manage a multi-cultural, multi-lingual (7 languages across 16 markets throughout Europe) and diverse contact centre workforce, handling multi-channel customer interactions from across our global platform which comprises 6 contact centres including Manchester in a virtualised environment.  You will provide leadership and guidance to implement the contact centre strategy and provide continuous motivation, development and inspiration to achieve both contact centre and individual objectives.

Fluent in both spoken and written English, you will be educated up to at least degree level and will have a proven managerial track record in sales and customer service together with the ability to translate corporate/commercial strategy into the contact centre environment.  You should also have an excellent understanding and working knowledge of contact centre systems and technologies.
