Supplier Partnership Executive

This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. You, as Supplier Partnerships Executive, would report to the Head of Supplier Partnerships and work alongside five other friendly professionals.

Supplier Partnership duties of the job will involve:

• Manage RFP process for the Corporate Hotel Programme and Online Hotel Directory and proofing
• Rate auditing for hotels in the Corporate Hotel Programme
• Meetings with individual hotels and some supplier account management
• Answer enquiries accordingly from external providers
• Maintain the company database of hotel contacts to ensure is up to date
• Run reports from an online system
• Collate reports using excel

Supplier Partnership Executive skills & Requirements:

• Microsoft Office especially MS Excel, databases and other internal systems including websites
• Working with and supporting marketing processes
• Communicating externally while understanding your audience (adapt message accordingly)
• Working in leisure and/or business travel (highly preferable)
• Meeting strict and tight deadlines on a regular basis
