  • Support Tour Consultants to ensure timely and pro-active contact with enquirers and previous travellers
  • Provide quotes and tour information to customers on behalf of Tour Consultants
  • Carry out sales follow-up to marketing campaigns, generating and qualifying leads for Tour Consultants
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contacts, and internal support departments regarding accommodation, excursion, meal and transport bookings
  • Work closely with the Product & Marketing Team to research, identify/add new visits and/or products to our portfolio and generate ideas for marketing and promotional activity

This role is a stepping stone into a sales position.
