THE JOB
This is a superb opportunity for a seasoned travel industry professional with a proven track record of successfully leading Regional Sales Managers selling to the retail leisure travel trade. With the option of being based anywhere in England, we are looking for a highly credible leader who can confidently performance manage, lead a culture piece and create change. You will be managing a multi-branded team of Sales Managers, developing their skills and leading by example to grow trade sales in the UK. In this truly career enhancing position, your next step would be into a Sales Director position.

My customer is a global, multi-brand travel business who pride themselves on delivering outstanding quality of service, experience and value.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven track record of success as a national sales manager within the travel
industry, managing a high-performance field-based regional sales team
*The ability to construct contracts and RFP's
*Excellent MS Office Suite and CRM knowledge
*Highly numerate and analytical with the ability to define and deliver trade sales
strategy
*Superb communication and negotiation skills
