An exciting IT Support opportunity has arisen to join a well known Travel Tour Operator in a newly created IT position based in our London office.



Main tasks:
 Ensuring smooth IT operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure in London
 Receiving and solving IT questions and fault reports from all our locations - Zurich, London, Stuttgart, Hong Kong
 Collaboration in projects and rollouts

Details:
 1st and 2nd level support (on-site and remote)
 Processing, creation and forwarding of tickets
 Coordination of troubleshooting with the head of IT and external partners
 Installation, configuration and support of the workplace infrastructure
 User registration and granting of access rights in Active Directory
 Preparation and maintenance of documentation, instructions and checklist
 If necessary, take-over of on-call service (Saturday 9-15h)

Skills and Experience:
 Experience in 1st level support
 Knowledge about Microsoft systems (e.g. active directory, O365)
 Service-orientated and flexible
 German speaker preferred, but not essential
