Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Canadian specialist tour operator brand and play a key part in their b2b marketing activations. You will have previous experience in travel trade marketing and a passion for delivering great campaigns on time and within budget.  Working closely with the b2b, commercial & marketing departments, in addition to PR agencies and important trade partners, you will be comfortable building excellent relationships. This position reports into the Head of Marketing with a dotted line to the Product & Commercial Director

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop & implement a trade marketing plan
  • Advertising in offline and online trade channels
  • Develop, edit and publish toolkit assets for travel trade use (Incl. Posters, Videos & Social Ads)
  • Drive activation of the trade PR calendar in coordination with PR agency and Head of Marketing
  • Responsible for updating & keeping the content fresh & relevant on the Agent portal via CMS
  • Own the trade email calendar, as well as managing the copy writing, briefing, production, proofing & editing of all trade marketing collateral
  • Create, maintain, monitor & publish on all Social media channels
  • Support creation of FAM trip collateral
  • Reporting on activity e.g. ROI

Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 12 months plus trade experience, gained ideally within an international travel or tourism environment with proven experience of delivering multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
