This role works directly with a team of Personal Travel Agents with their day to day businesses to

support them with motivation, ideas and the delivery of their business plan. So you will need to be a creative travel industry professional with bags of experience in the retail arena and outstanding coaching and mentoring skills.

The role will include:

• Coaching and support of our Personal Travel Agents.

• Assisting in the development and delivery of training.

• Supporting the development of agent business plans.

• Primarily home-based with 1 or 2 days every week in Walsall head-office.
