THE JOB
A highly successful travel tour operator is looking for a worldwide travel agent who is sales driven, customer service motivated and passionate about travel. As a worldwide travel agent, you will liaise with customers face to face planning and selling tailor-made holidays to worldwide destinations. You will use your sales skills to maximise the sales of all travel extras and you'll provide excellent customer service throughout the process to guarantee repeat and referral business.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Passionate about travel and with a good level of geographical knowledge
*Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook with a high level of attention to detail
*Strong written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
*Previous experience working in a travel sales role is essential
*Proven sales and customer service experience in a face to face environment
*Proven record of exceeding sales targets
*Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic manner
