Travel Sales Support / Sales Support / Travel Executive
Role: Sales Support Executive
Location: London
Salary: £20.5k-£25k Basic + Bonus
Opportunity awaiting a for a Sales Support Executive to join a Luxury Safari Specialist company to assist the sales team to create an efficient working environment.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- To provide Sales Support to the in-house sales team through administrational duties and various tasks.
- To effectively record and lodge all enquiries into the CRM system and to assist the sales director with delegation of enquires.
- Set up draft email enquiry response within a timely and efficient fashion.
- Create quotes based around booking itineraries.
- Handle administrative duties and keep customers updated with any changes.
- Provide operational handovers with the Op's department - any changes / names / dates / etc
Skill Attributes:
- A person who is passionate about the travel industry
- Ability to perform administrational duties effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to meet deadlines
- Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
- Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits £20.5k-£25k Basic + Bonus
- Mon - Friday. 9am-5:30pm
