Our client is a Luxury Tour Operator, specialising in luxury tailor-made holidays.

They are looking for an experienced Travel Administrator/ Sales Support Executive to join their team.

The role involves supporting their busy sales support team, ensuring all travel documents are correct before final documentation is sent out.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking invoices and insure they are paid accordingly
  • Inputting client information on the system
  • Preparation of final itinerary, tickets, vouchers and any other information needed by the client before travel

Required Skills:

  • Travel Admin/Sales Support background
  • Experience in using a GDS
  • Being able to work to strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of reading contracts
  • Team Player
  • Good Organisational Skills
