THE JOB
A well-established travel tour operator is looking for an experienced IT technical support candidate who will be responsible for the smooth running of all computer systems across their Travel Group and ensure that users get maximum benefits from them. This will include providing IT support to their travel staff, installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining health of computer systems and networks, supporting the roll-out of new applications as well as testing and evaluating new technology.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
*Experience in all Microsoft products including Windows and Office
*Working knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, vSphere, remote desktops and SQL
*Good understanding of Active Directory
*Previous experience with Office365 would be advantageous
*Basic understanding of networking
*Own transport for occasional onsite branch support
