Head of Operations
Working exclusively with my client, a market leader in overseas festivals is looking to appoint a Head of Operations. In this pivotal role you will ensure the smooth running of all booking operations as well as overseeing the in-resort delivery of holidays. You will champion best in class customer service to maintain high ratings and high customer retention as the business moves to the next level. You will continuously look to evolve and improve processes to allow capacity to scale as required to support business growth and seasonal volume trends. You will have a minimum of 5 years operations experience. Team management experience. Travel or festival lover would be advantageous.
