Flight and Cruise Consultant, Wembley, Salary to £24-27k plus commission

This online and retail specialist for tailor-made holidays, long-haul flights and a key partner to many major airlines is seeking experienced Flights and Cruise Sales Consultants. We are seeking target driven travel consultants with some worldwide travel knowledge and great customer service skills. They are based in Wembley and offer a competitive salary up to £24-27k plus commission.

Flight and Cruise Consultant Responsibilities

Manage the sales and relationship of an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as enrolling new companies
Cross selling to maximise sales opportunities
Work with the Marketing Manager to generate marketing collateral
Compile and deliver a weekly corporate newsletter
Handle after sales incoming calls & emails efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Respond timely and professionally to cancellations and booking changes.

Flight and Cruise Consultant Experience:

Proficiency in a GDS - Amadeus or Worldspan preferred
Must have a minimum 18 months experience of providing flights and cruise sales.
Excellent Communication Skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Professional telephone manner
Strong PC skills
