Accounts Assistant - Part-time
Part Time Accounts Assistant - required for this successful travel company based in Banstead. This is an initial 9 month maternity cover contract and will involve working a minimum of 21 hours per week. This is a wonderful opportunity to join this established travel company in their small, friendly accounts team.
Part Time Accounts Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:
- Process and approve invoices and maintain purchase ledger for overseas destinations
- Process invoices and maintain purchase ledger for all overhead invoices including prepayments
- Purchase ledger statement reconciliations
- Ad hoc reporting
Part Time Accounts Assistant - Experience Required:
- Sage 200
- Purchase Ledger routine experience
- Experience in a similar accounts assistant role
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy skills
Part Time Accounts Assistant - Additional Information
- Job can be either part time or full time, minimum of 21 hours per week over the period Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 to 5.
- Initial minimum contract term of 9 months
