Luxury Travel Consultant - £23k to £27k plus bonus!
This award winning independent travel agency based in Surrey are looking for an experienced travel consultant to join their successful team. If you have experience within retail travel, have a true passion for travel with strong destination knowledge, proven sales success and exceptional customer service skills this would be a great opportunity to join this high performing team as a Luxury Travel Consultant.

Luxury Travel Consultant - Role & Responsibilities:

• Confidently sell a range of package & tailor-made holidays to a multitude of Worldwide destinations.
• Use your destination knowledge to tailor your holiday suggestions to match customers requirements.
• Provide a high level of customer service to the existing and new customers.
• Manage and maintain all enquiries in a timely, efficient and customer focused manner.
• Deal with after sales enquiries effectively, with the aim to resolve any issues promptly. and to the customers satisfaction.

Luxury Travel Consultant Skills Required:

• Strong travel sales experience with a background in retail travel being desirable.
• A positive individual with a passion to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience using Amadeus would be an advantage.
• Confident personality with a strong commitment to achieve targets.
• Willing to engage and collaborate with customers and colleagues.
• A passion for travel and to share your destination knowledge.
• Efficient and able to learn to prioritise, yet deliver with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills

Luxury Travel Consultant Additional Information:

• Salary £23k to £27k basic salary (dependent on experience) plus quarterly bonus
• 3-5 years' travel sales experience.
• Working Hours - 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota 9.30-4pm.
• Free car parking or easily accessible by train.
