Tailormade Team Manager

Tailormade Team Manager - salary £35K (dependent upon experience); An established Tour Operator who focus on the top end of the market are looking and experienced Manager from a travel company to join the team. You will manage the tailormade team and work collaboratively with Product and Marketing to optimise the overall success of the company.

Tailormade Team Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team, consisting of 8-10 Tailormade Consultants
• Drive Sales, motivate, coach, mentor and support the team
• Monitor pricing ensuring optimal profit
• Report on sales performance to Sales Director
• Stay abreast of market competition
• Arrange Product training

Tailormade Team Manager Skills and Experience:

• You will have 3/4 yrs+ experience in High End Tailormade travel, currently an Assistant Team Manager, Deputy Manager, Branch Manager or Sales Manager
• You will have excellent people skills and have a very approachable manner
• Ambitious and energetic
• Ideally have experience monitoring a team of homeworking consultants

Tailormade Manager Addition Information:

• This position initially is 15-month contract
• Approximate salary £35K
