Spanish Speaking Tickets Specialist, London, Salary to £26k plus bonus
We are seeking an experienced tickets specialist with all the right contacts for a large luxury lifestyle management company in Central London. You'll be able to get access to and be knowledgeable about theatre tickets within UK and worldwide!
They are seeking motivated and resourceful candidates to join this fast growing team and are offering a salary up to £26k plus bonus.

Spanish Speaking Tickets Specialist Responsibilities:

• Source tickets for often sold out events, including, theatre, sports and music events within UK and worldwide
• Use your knowledge, contacts and expertise to ensure VIP access
• Create personalised solutions to requests and exceeding all expectations
• Checking prices and availability for events
• Manage unusual requests using excellent problem-solving skills, eg. sourcing tickets for exclusive and sold out events.

Spanish Speaking, Tickets Specialist Requirements:

• Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets
• Passionate about delivering high-quality personalised support and have excellent research skills
• Knowledgeable about music, sports and theatre
• Customer service experience
• Passion for delivering high quality customer service
