Bilingual Project Executive

Our Cheshire based client is a leading provider of Travel & Incentive marketing campaigns and are looking for bilingual candidates to join them in a brand new fixed term Project Executive role.

Covering maternity leave, this is a fixed term contract role until the end of December 2020 and offers a fantastic opportunity either for Project Executives to further develop their skills or for those fluent in English plus another language to gain valuable Project based experience!

This interesting and varied role involves a range of project related and administrative duties, supporting the project and account management teams with various projects worldwide, helping to achieve targets, stay within service level agreements and meet client expectations. The successful candidate will speak and write fluently in English and one additional language - Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Polish or Spanish would be preferred however any additional language will be considered. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however isn’t essential.

Role of Bilingual Project Executive:

• Working with and supporting the project and account management teams with project Worldwide.
• Client communication, support and delivery of projects.
• Delivery and fulfilment of campaigns.
• Translations, ensuring the flawless delivery of documents, contracts and data in second written and spoken language.
• Dealing with client and consumer queries, building strong client relationships and providing consumer service.
• Research, compiling presentations and providing support on client pitches and presentations.

Skills required for the role:

• Fluent spoken and written English plus an additional language. (Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Polish or Spanish would be preferred but any additional language spoken & written to mother tongue standard an advantage.)
• Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently, flexibly and proactively on varying campaigns and projects.
• Ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar project-based role would be advantageous but isn’t essential
