THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced, quality assurance (QA) test analyst to join the growing technology team within a leading holiday specialist in Maidstone. In this interesting role, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of software engineers, testing a complex suite of integrated applications and working on key projects which focus on conversion improvements. Well versed in both manual and automated testing, you'll demonstrate your ability to plan, write and execute test cases, troubleshooting any problems and providing regular feedback to colleagues. Experience in risk analysis, identification and mitigation, along with experience within an agile software development environment would be advantageous. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Demonstrable experience testing commercially used websites and integrated platforms
*Knowledge and experience of testing mobile apps and cross-browser testing
*Exposure to, and use of automated test planning and execution tools (JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium)
*Experience of writing and maintaining automated tests scripts in Java
*Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) specifically Agile methodologies
*Ability to troubleshoot complex applications across multiple technologies
