Venue Finder - Required for this expanding business travel company in their events team. You could work in their offices in West London or the city, or from home. They will pay between 20-22k + benefits for an experienced venue finder.


Venue finders duties
-Venue finding in the UK and overseas
-Taking enquirers over the phone and by email
-Liaising with hotels and suppliers
-coordinating and arranging site visits
-Preparing client proposals
-Negotiating rates with venues
-Keeping up to date with venue and industry trends



Venue finders skills required
-
Strong passion for the events industry
-Venue sourcing experience
-Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
-Experience of Venue directory or Cvent
