THE JOB
As part of our client's growth plan ,they are looking to hire a travel support executive. The purpose of the role is to support the sales team with their day to day role and to offer administrative and operational support. This is a varied role where you will be handling lots of different tasks at any one time, therefore it is essential that you are able to prioritise your workload and work towards deadlines.

Being the lynch pin of the sales division will be your role, you might be helping to put a super luxury itinerary together one minute, speaking with a supplier on the phone the next and followed up by checking travel documentation and sending it out the client. If you like to be busy with administration task this is the role for you.

You may currently be working in a sales support role or as a sales consultant wanting to step out of day to day sales or as an operations executive within travel. A Luxury travel background would be highly advantageous, as would fluency in German.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Minimum 2- 3 years travel experience
*Strong administration skills
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
*Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
*Fluency in German would be highly desirable
*Knowledge of Amadeus, highly desirable
