Japanese Speaking Inside Sales Executive, London, Salary to £24k plus travel benefits
This is a fantastic role to for a major carrier for an experienced aviation professional. They are seeking a friendly and motivated candidate who speak fluent Japanese and English. Salary to £24k and shift work is required but there are great travel benefits!

Japanese Speaking Airline Sales Support Executive Responsibilities:

• Liaise with sales department and agencies for fare filing.
• Handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, railways.
• Ticketing, issuing, reissuing tickets and refunds on Amadeus
• Award mileage deduction using Amadeus
• In case of irregular operations (cancellations of flights, delays, major strikes etc.), call agencies and customers..
• Assist with queries from travel agencies in the UK and Europe

Japanese Speaking Inside Sales Executive Requirements:

• Japanese language
• Experience with agency handing and knowledge of fares details and structures and ticketing as a result of fare filing.
• AMADEUS system
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Knowledge of airline fare filing and fare structure
• Team player
• Time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality

Additional Information:

• Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends according to roster. Times may vary.
