A fantastic opportunity has come available for an experienced UK Contracts Manager, to join a specialist travel company based in North Essex. As a UK Contracts Manager you will be responsible for developing new business and managing a portfolio of existing accounts, generating new business & leads and promoting the company Products and Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge and to further their sales experience within a fast-growing travel company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Identify new business opportunities.
*Negotiating and contracting ground products within the UK.
*Deliver Brand strategy development and execution.
*Deliver on agreed financial growth targets per financial year.
*Build and maintain and grow relationships with Strategic partners.
*Representing the company and its values in key trade/consumer events and shows.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

*Proven experience within a Business Development or Agency Sales role is an advantage.
*Experience of contracting supplies in the product area is essential.
*Previous travel industry experience.
*Strong negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to work in a high-pressured environment and meet deadlines.
*Strong communication, positioning, influencing and closing skills.
*Willingness/ability to be predominantly field based.
*Must hold full, clean UK drivers license with own car.


THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate can expect a starting salary of £35,000 plus a laptop, company phone and car allowance
