Senior Business Travel Consultant

Business travel opportunity for an experienced travel consultant with Experience of using Amadeus or Galileo looking to join this leading business travel company based near Stockport!!!! Full and Part time positions available.

My corporate/business travel client based in South Manchester, near Stockport have a great opportunity for a new business travel consultant to join this busy friendly team. This Business Travel Company pride themselves on offering a service that is both professional, personal and customised to every clients needs.

This exciting business travel opportunity would suit travel professionals with a natural ability for sales, wanting to develop further in to the lucrative world of business travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be answering calls and all email communication in response to your clients travel requests. This is a very busy and varied role and will require the successful candidate to have good attention to detail, to be able to work effectively alone or as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working. You will be fare quoting complex and round the world itineraries. They will include multi-sectors reservations using a variety of worldwide airline contracts.

EXPERIENCE
Previous business travel experience is important to this role, however applications from motivated candidates with good CRS (Galileo or Amadeus) skills, will also be considered. You will ideally have a good working knowledge of Galileo (cross training will be considered) and Fares & Ticketing 1 & 2 would be an advantage. You will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of manual fare and nett contracts, as well as the ability to be customer focused with an excellent eye for detail.

PACKAGE:
An excellent basic salary of £20K will be offered to the suitable candidate. You will also have potential to increase your salary with the commission structure. Excellent OTE £29k
