THE JOB
Let's start with what is essential for success in this role to work for one of the world's fastest growing hotel franchise businesses. You will, of course, be a fantastic, experienced leader of business development managers/executives, with a proven track record of success. In addition, your experience will be gained from leading teams in an OTA or a fast-paced tech online platform within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

In this role, you will report into the General Manager and will create strategies to drive the acquisition of new hotelier partners through your fantastic management of a field-based team of Business Development Executives. This is a great career development role!

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
