THE JOB
This is a superb opportunity to join the travel industry. We are looking for a very accurate and competent administrator to join the busy flights' department of an award-winning tour operator in Burton-on-Trent. As a Flight Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for the flight booking process from creation through to departure. You will learn to use the Global Distribution System Amadeus, this will help you to create flight bookings, request upgrades, process cancellations and refunds, communicating with customers and the airlines to ensure a great customer experience every time. This is a fast-paced, highly administrative position; therefore, you'll need to have excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload. This is a great opportunity to break into the travel industry!

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Experience (at least 2 years) in an administration role
*Excellent customer service skills
*Meticulous attention to detail
*Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload in a demanding environment
*Self-motivated
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel
