THE JOB
A leading tour operator in Leicestershire is looking for someone highly experienced within contact centre and operations to join their team in this exciting, newly created role. Within this role, you will oversee and ensure effective operational management of the contact centre, liaising with the contact centre director and managing two direct reports, implementing and executing innovative plans for continual improvement and to drive high performance in sales and customer experience.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*An enthusiastic, flexible and committed approach
*You must have a proven background within contact centre and operations management
*A background working in the travel industry is essential
*Strong people management skills
*Able to liaise with individuals at all levels of the business
*Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
*Knowledge of CRM's, Resource Management and Telephony systems and their effective operational application. Salesforce knowledge would be advantageous
*Proven ability to demonstrate translating business strategy into day to day delivery
*Solution driven, seeking to continually improve and create innovative concepts
