Are you an experienced Operations Team Leader or a Tour Operator Supervisor? Do you have experience in Business Travel or Event Manager as a Team Leader or Supervisor and a good knowledge of tour operations and/or tours.

If your a Team Leader or Operations Supervisor and are able to manage and motivate a team to meet deadlines, whilst also being confident liaising with suppliers then this Team Leader position could be for you!
Are you an experienced Operations Team Leader or Operations Supervisor?

- Improve performance, productivity and efficiency of the touring department
- To work closely with suppliers to ensure contract and quality requirements
- Recruit (as required) train, motivate and continually develop team members
- Ensure the team are kept up to date with the latest company information and country information
- Coordinate the work load of the team to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Develop strong working relationships with internal departments
- Working for closely with Account Management ensuring the and answering any client quieres
- Assess current process and systems and look to continually overhaul and improve them, to improve the performance of the department

The successful candidate will have a background in Travel as at Team Leader or at supervisory level. Experience of dealing with travel suppliers.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage and improve processes and systems and the management and motivation of staff

If successful you will be offered a starting salary in the region of £28k and fantastic benefits.
