The Company:

Our client is one of the World’s most successful supplier of accommodation within the travel industry. They also provide a tailor-made service for groups within the leisure, educational, mice & special interest tours sectors.

Job Purpose:

This role requires you to assist the sales team in converting leads, as well as dealing with current customers. You will assist with the quoting and completion of group tour bookings, as well as helping with supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing pricing and products for clients
  • Know your market – i.e. competitors etc
  • Strategically know how to grow existing clients and create new ones
  • Meet KPI’s
  • Know which hotels to promote at which time
  • Commercially aware – be aware of where you can save the company money and product max returns
  • Assist with the brochure completion
  • Work abroad visiting clients as and when required
  • Attend FAM and inspection trips
  • Assist with product development by keeping an eye on new hotels, services, customer demands etc

Essential Skills/Knowledge:

  • Fluent French & English speaker
  • Tourism/Hospitality experience
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Results driven
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Being able to work on own initiative
  • Good negotiation skills


  • Proficient in a second European language
