They have an enviable reputation for exceptional service through delivering strategic travel management solutions to an expanding base of clients in its chosen client sectors. The main role of a Ticketing & Support Consultant is to assist our BT operations team with a variety of tasks for our consultants based in head office, our implant teams and home workers.

Principle Responsibilities:
*Check and process ticket re-issue's and fare calculations
*Manually build fare constructions such when itineraries do not auto price
*Answer internal ticketing queries by phone and email
*Assist BT consultants with understanding of nett fare rules and restrictions
*Ensuring airlines fares are loaded correctly and liaising with airlines to rectify if not
*Assist Accounts/Operations with ADM inspection

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
*Proficient knowledge of IATA airfare construction
*Recognised industry qualifications (BA1&2, VA1&2)
*Knowledge of US Ticketing & Commissions an advantage
*A good working knowledge of the GDS preferably Sabre
*Extensive geographical knowledge
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good communication skills
*Strong organisation skills - able to plan, co-ordinate and organise effectively
*Self-motivated, patient and disciplined
*Ability to work as part of a team and independently
*The ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for decision making
*Ability to make effective use of resources available to complete tasks to agreed deadline
*Quality control across all aspects of our procedures and processes
*Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

What they offer?:

Pay is £27,000 - £28,000 pa.

A benefits package still in place which includes an annual bonus of up to 5% of their annual salary.
