Villa Contracting Executive

Villa Contracting Executive, based in Cheltenham or Cannes. Around 27-28K. Maternity Contract. In this Contracting Executive position you will work alongside the Contracting Manager to increase the European Villa portfolio of this Prestigious Top End Tour Operator.

Villa Contracting Executive:

• Contracting + negotiating rates/commission levels with existing and new villa owners

• Source local representatives and suppliers to enhance the villa offering.
• Research and procure new product
• Maintenance of all villa data for website and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with Villa providers
• To ensure product is bought at a competitive rate.
• Ensure villa owners adhere to company contracting requirements including Health and Safety audits.
• Ensure Travel Consultant are well trained in Villa product.
• Organisation and operation of PR trips for journalists as and when required and coordinate staff educational trips.
• Source and produce collateral for marketing campaigns
• Provide contracting analysis reports

Villa Contracting Executive Experience:

• Desirable - Contracting Experience
• Essential Travel Industry Experience
• Flexibility to travel in Europe
